2 stores. 1 readiness deadline.
Morton Grove and Westmont required simultaneous training readiness across overlapping schedules, facilitators, resources, staffing needs, and operational dependencies.
The work
Make the dependencies visible before they become delays.
I coordinated training plans, workback schedules, facilitator availability, workforce demand, resources, completion visibility, and cross-functional readiness across both openings.
The challenge was not simply doing twice as much work. Each store had its own operating context while drawing on overlapping capacity. Decisions in one launch affected what remained possible in the other.
Readiness depended on seeing 2 separate launches as one connected operating problem.
Both stores achieved more than 90% training completion against an 80% standard. The result demonstrated disciplined execution, but also the infrastructure behind it: shared visibility, sequenced dependencies, resource planning, communication, and timely intervention.
